Donut Production Team Member
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Donut Production Team Member to join Grin City Bakery. In this role, you will be responsible for all stages of donut production, ensuring the highest quality products for our customers. This position requires a passion for baking, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Measuring and Mixing Ingredients: Accurately measure and mix dough ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
Rolling and Shaping Dough: Skillfully roll and shape dough into a variety of donut styles, ensuring consistency in size and shape.
Frying: Safely operate frying equipment, monitor cooking times, and ensure donuts are fried to perfection.
Decorating: Decorate donuts with glazes, icings, and toppings, following both standard and custom designs.
Quality Control: Ensure each donut meets quality standards in terms of appearance, taste, and texture.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members while also being able to take initiative and complete tasks independently.
Efficiency and Time Management: Produce donuts in a timely manner to meet daily production targets while minimizing waste.
Requirements:
Previous experience in baking, pastry, or donut production is a plus.
Ability to follow detailed recipes and production procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredients or equipment as needed.
Flexibility to work early morning or late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
